New Regulation

Construction Products sold in Europe

The Regulation for Construction Products (RPC) n° 305-2011 replaced in July 2013 the Directive n° 89/106/EEC.
Untill end of 2024, all construction products under harmonized standards, for instance:

Contract and residential floorings (under EN 14041)
Sport floorings (under EN 14904)
Wall coverings (under EN 15102)

need CE marking when they’re sold in Europe (30 countries), and DoP (Declaration of Performance).

The United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales) has left the European Union, it requires products to be affixed with the UKCA marking instead of the CE marking. The CE marking will be accepted during a transition period that ends on 01-06-2025. Stocked floor and wall coverings that will be produced before 2025 can be delivered with previous CE marking only. Moreover, in the UK, DoP will be replaced by DoC (Declaration of Conformity).
The number of the DoP and the DoC can be found on the delivery note of our products.

Règlementation

Pour les produits de la construction vendus en Europe

Depuis le 1er juillet 2013, le Réglement des Produits de la Construction n°305-2011 impose aux produits de construction soumis à une norme harmonisée, par exemple :

Revêtements de sol bâtiment et résidentiel, soumis à l’EN 14041
Sols sportifs, soumis à l’EN 14904
Revêtements muraux, soumis à l’EN 15102

D’être accompagnés du marquage CE et d’une DoP (Déclaration de Performance)

Les DoP sont disponibles sur ce site dédié à partir du numéro de DoP.
L’adresse du site et le numéro de la DoP du produit Gerflor sont indiqués sur les bordereaux de livraison.
